Client testimonials
The following testimonials are reproduced from the homepage without rewriting the quotations.
“What you want from a creative partner is someone who understands what you're trying to achieve, not just what you've asked them to produce. That's what stood out about CTA. They challenged the brief in the right ways, brought fresh thinking and knew how to turn a strong idea into something that delivered.”
“We worked with CTA across a number of Google customer stories, and what kept us coming back was their combination of creative thinking and a genuine understanding of our products and audiences. What I always appreciated was how they brought fresh ideas to every project, took the time to get the details right and knew how to turn complex briefs into compelling stories that really brought the value of our products to life.”
“We had a big story to tell about AI in advertising for Google Marketing Live. What I really appreciated about CTA was how quickly they understood the technology and what we were trying to achieve. They brought great creative ideas, knew how to turn them into a compelling story and had the experience to lead the whole process from concept to delivery. I always felt we were in good hands.”
“Telling Google's tech for good stories means finding the human impact behind the technology. What I valued about working with CTA was their ability to see the bigger picture, understand our objectives and find the right creative approach. From strategy through to production, they brought fresh thinking and compelling storytelling that showed the real-world impact of our work.”
“There was a huge amount of technical information to communicate on the McLaren project, and a lot of people involved. CTA managed to cut through all of that and find a story that actually made sense to the audience. Just as importantly, they were great to work with and made a complicated project feel straightforward.”
“Having worked with CTA on both strategy and creative projects, what impressed me was their ability to see the bigger picture and turn complex challenges into clear, compelling ideas. They brought thoughtful strategic thinking, strong creative direction and a real understanding of how to connect our work with the people we wanted to reach.”
“Technology stories can easily become quite abstract. What impressed me about working with CTA was their ability to understand the complexity, find the human stories behind it and turn those into something genuinely engaging. The films made sophisticated technology feel relevant and showed the difference it could make to people's lives.”
“There's a big difference between having a good creative idea and knowing how to bring it to life. What stood out about working with CTA was their combination of strategic thinking, creative judgement and experience. From shaping the stories and working with high-profile contributors through to the final films, they brought a level of leadership and expertise that elevated the entire project.”
Frequently asked questions
What size company is CTA right for?
CTA works with scaling tech businesses. This includes founder-led companies building a brand and content operation and established teams needing more strategic or production capacity. Suitability depends on the business challenge and ability to make decisions, rather than headcount.
Do we need a marketing team already?
No. CTA can set direction and organise work without an in-house marketing team. CTA can also work alongside an existing team. Responsibilities for approvals, channels and daily decisions are agreed at the start.
How do you work with founder-led companies?
CTA uses the founder’s knowledge of the product, customers and business goals to develop messaging. The founder is involved at agreed decision points.
Can CTA be our one-stop marketing partner?
CTA connects brand and product strategy, creative, content production and learning from channel data. Work can cover organic and paid channels. CTA can collaborate with media, PR, sales and technical specialists. The scope is agreed before work starts.
What makes this different from a traditional agency?
The same senior lead connects strategy, creative and delivery. CTA plans ongoing content, reviews the response and adjusts the work. Where another agency or specialist is involved, responsibilities are agreed.
What kind of work can we make together?
CTA provides brand and product strategy, positioning, messaging, creative direction, film and ongoing content. Formats and channels are selected for the audience and business objective. See services and packages.
How do you charge?
Work is usually priced as a monthly retainer with a defined scope and an initial six-month commitment. Onboarding, core work and specialist production costs are priced before work starts. Proposals specify capacity, deliverables, review points and separately quoted costs. There is no fixed public price.
How much time will we need to give it?
CTA needs access to relevant people and product information, and a decision-maker who can provide timely feedback. Planning, review and approval schedules are agreed after onboarding.
Will you replace our current agencies or suppliers?
Only if the agreed brief requires it. CTA can work with existing teams and partners or take responsibility for an agreed strategy and production scope. Responsibilities and handoffs are defined.
How do we know what is working?
The business objective, intended audience action and measurement signals are agreed before production. Measures may include understanding, engagement, qualified demand and channel response. Findings inform subsequent work. CTA does not claim that a creative asset alone caused a sale.
Can you work within our brand, product and security requirements?
Yes. CTA works with existing brand guidelines, product experts and approval processes. Confidential information access, tools, filming and specialist requirements are agreed in the brief and contract before work starts.
What happens after the intro call?
The call covers the business goal, current communication problems, people involved and existing activity. If there is a fit, CTA proposes scope, working arrangements, responsibilities and fees for review. Book a 30-minute introduction.
