As part of rebranding a 217-year-old company, I was challenged to create a sense of empowerment and inclusivity within its community. Through in-depth research, we uncovered authentic stories that challenged outdated perceptions.
I developed two impactful social film series, a first for the brand, designed to inspire external audiences and drive cultural change internally. The campaign extended to an internal stills initiative, creating a new archive of exclusive imagery for use across internal and external platforms, reinforcing the company’s refreshed identity and values.
